Le Grip – Refund & Returns Policy

At Le Grip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items, request a refund, or receive a replacement.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Faulty or Defective Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: Due to hygiene reasons, grip socks cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, tried on, or worn, unless they are faulty.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You must notify us of your intention to return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery.

  • After notifying us, you must send the item back within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.


3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In their original, unopened packaging

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

  • Rejected Refunds: We will return the item to you if it is not eligible under this policy.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need the same item in a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If returning for any other reason (where eligible), you are responsible for return postage costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


7. International Returns

International customers must clearly mark the return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any customs fees wrongly applied to returns will be deducted from your refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or worn grip socks (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless faulty)
