Le Grip – Shipping Policy

At Le Grip, we aim to get your grip socks to you quickly and reliably, wherever you are in the world.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

UK Orders:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

International Orders:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

  • Free UK standard shipping and Express shipping is available 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • We cannot predict these costs and they are not included in our product or shipping prices.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number (where available) which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking availability may vary for some international destinations.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@legrip.co.uk

  • A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived 30 days after dispatch for UK orders or 60 days for international orders.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
